Chris Baughman has more than 30 years community banking experience in consumer, commercial and real estate lending.  He joined First Financial Bank in 2009 and currently serves as an Executive Vice President.  He has specialized in interim construction financing and enjoys helping customers obtain their dream home.  He has a passion for providing excellent customer service.   
 Chris is an active member of his community serving as an advisory director for the Salvation Army, a commissioner on the City of Conroe Planning Commission and is on several committees at First Presbyterian Church, Conroe
 
Chris has been married to his wife Karen for 26 years and they have two daughters.  In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hunting and spending time with his family.  He looks forward to assisting you with your financing needs.
